Trainee Placement

One of the great advantages to doing your training through OGS is the relationship that we have developed with industry over the years.

While we cannot guarantee placement for our trainees for those who complete courses with us and wish to get work-place experience we do everything in our power to find a placement that suits the trainee.

The work place experience is crucial not only for getting the experience to move on to the next level but also for improving a trainees confidence and competence before that first daunting solo drive with paying guests!

At OGS we firmly believe that mentorship by more experienced guides is critical to the development of young and inexperienced guides.
